passive-interface
Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.
Disables the transmission of routing updates on an interface. OSPF routing information
is neither sent nor received through the specified router interface. The specified interface
address appears as a stub network in the OSPF domain. The no version reenables the
transmission of routing updates.
NOTE: You must issue the address area command before issuing this
command.
ipAddress—OSPF interface address previously specified with the address command
unnumbered—Indicates that OSPF is running on an unnumbered interface previously
specified with the address command
interfaceType—Interface type; see "Interface Types and Specifiers" on page 5
interfaceSpecifier—Particular interface; format varies according to interface type;
see Interface Types and Specifiers on page 5
