Name
Reserved
Reserved—These bits are reserved and should read 0.
Bits 31–16
TEST_EN_REG
Test Enable Register - Active high of this bit switches
Bit 15
the internal test signals from MEMC to GPIO for
debug purposes.
Reserved
Reserved—These bits are reserved and should read 0.
Bits 14–13
BTAEN
BTA Clock Input Control—Controls the clock input
Bit 12
signals to the BTA module. When the bit is clear,
clock inputs to the BTA are stopped for power saving.
When this bit is set, clock inputs to the BTA are
enabled.
DS_SLOW
Driving Strength Slow I/O—Controls the driving
Bits 11–10
strength of all slow I/O signals.
DS_CNTL
Driving Strength Bus Control Signal—Controls the
Bits 9–8
driving strength of bus control signals.
DS_ADDR
Driving Strength Address Bus—Controls the driving
Bits 7–6
strength of the address bus.
DS_DATA
Driving Strength Data Bus—Controls the driving
Bits 5–4
strength of the data bus.
Reserved
Reserved—This bit must be set to 1 at all times for normal operation.
Bit 3
Reserved
Reserved—This bit is reserved and should read 0.
Bit 2
MMA_PROT_EN
MMA Privileged Mode Access—Selects whether the
Bit 1
MMA can only be accessed in privileged mode or if it
can be accessed in all modes.
CSI_PROT_EN
CMOS Sensor Interface Privileged Mode
Bit 0
Access—Selects whether the CSI can only be
accessed in privileged mode or if it can be accessed
in all modes.
