Abbreviation
SEND_CSD Asks addressed card to sends its
card-specific data (CSD) on the
SD_CMD line.
SEND_CID Asks addressed card to send its
card-identification (CID) on the
SD_CMD line.
READ_DAT Reads data stream from the card,
_UNTIL_STOP starting at the given address, until a
STOP_TRANSMISSION
STOP_ Forces the card to stop transmission.

SEND_STATUS Asks addressed card to send its status
register.
