SVEN
SIM Card Vcc Enable—Used to control the state of the SVEN pin
Bit 1
on SIM card. The SVEN pin controls the SIM card Vcc enable in
the GCAP chip. It can be forced low by hardware during the auto
powerdown sequence.
SAPD
SIM Card Auto Powerdown—Used to enable/disable the auto
Bit 0
powerdown function. It will be forced low at the end of the auto
powerdown sequence.

25.6.2 Control Register

The Control Register (CNTL) provides selection and control of SIM clock sources, LRC and CRC
operation, as well as other module functions. The bit descriptions and settings for the Control Register are
provided in Table 25-10.
