Unable to get status for this port. Verify that this board has been
administered correctly, and that there are no alarms against this
board.

The board is functioning properly and the port is in-service and
available.

A board level problem, for example no IP address has been
translated for this location.
A DSP hardware problem (See Test (#1380) and Test (#1382).
1. If system has no TDM-BUS errors and is not handling heavy
traffic, retry the command at 1-minute intervals a maximum of 3
times.
2. If system has TDM-BUS errors, clear any errors, and retry the
command at 1-minute intervals a maximum of 3 times.
3. If the command continues to abort, escalate the problem.
