    - If you are accessing the system remotely over a modem, you need to set up a profile to dial in to the Avaya P330 stack processor. See Setting up dial-up networking on Windows systems for guidelines on how to do this. Initiate the call when ready.

    Tools used to administer MultiVantage software include: • Avaya Site Administration (ASA): a telephony administration program that uses a graphical user interface (GUI). ASA must be run on a compatible Microsoft Windows operating system such as Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, Millennium Edition, and Windows 2000.
