Module Stop Control Register C (MSTPCRC)

When bits MSTPC1 and MSTPC0 are set to 1, the corresponding on-chip RAM stops. Do not set
the corresponding MSTPC1 and MSTPC0 bits to 1 while accessing the on-chip RAM.
