When accessing the FMR6 register, select a CPU clock frequency of 16 MHz or less by setting the
CM06 bit in the CM0 register and bits CM17 and CM16 in the CM1 register. Also, set the PM17 bit in
the PM1 register to 1 (wait state).
FMR60 (EW1 mode select bit) (b0)
To set the FMR60 bit to 1, write 1 when both FMR01 bit in the FMR0 register and FMR11 bit in the
FMR1 register are 1.
Change the FMR60 bit when the PM24 bit in the PM2 register is 0 ( NMI interrupt disabled) or high is
input to the NMI pin. Also, change this bit when the FMR00 bit in the FMR0 register is 1 (ready).
FMR61 (b1)
Set the FMR61 bit to 1 when using CPU rewrite mode.
