23.7 CAN Interrupt
The CAN module provides the following CAN interrupts:
• CAN0 reception complete interrupt
• CAN0 transmission complete interrupt
• CAN0 receive FIFO interrupt
• CAN0 transmit FIFO interrupt
• CAN0 error interrupt
There are eight types of interrupt sources for the CAN0 error interrupts. These sources can be
determined by checking the C0EIFR register.
• Bus error
• Error-warning
• Error-passive
• Bus-off entry
• Bus-off recovery
• Receive overrun
• Overload frame transmission
• Bus lock
• CAN0 wake-up interrupt
