Write to the PACR register in the next instruction after setting the PRC2 bit in the PRCR register to 1
(write enabled).
PACR2 to PACR0 (Pin Enable Bit) (b2 to b0)
Bits PACR2 to PACR0 are 000b after reset. Select either 010b (64-pin package), or 011b (80-pin
package) depending on a product.
Set bits PACR2 to PACR0 before inputting or outputting to each pin. When their value does not change
after reset, I/O function of some the pins is disabled.
