POWER ASSISTED STEERING
Power-assisted steering pipes: Removal - Refitting
D91, and V4Y , and RIGHT-HAND DRIVE
a Fit a hose clamp (Ms. 583) on the heater matrix
pipe.
a Loosen the clip (11) on the heater matrix pipe.
a Disconnect the heater matrix pipe from the rigid
pipe.
a Disconnect the pressostat connector (12) .
a Remove the nut (13) for the power-assisted steering
high pressure pipe on the rocker cover.

a Remove the high pressure pipe bolts (14) from the
gearbox.
a Remove:
- the heat shield bolts (15) from the steering box,
- the heat shield for the steering box.
