Macros
Description
Color balance of Axiocam HRc
Enables the combination of all kinds of images irregardless of the
size and data depth to be presented in a time series. Imported
images can also be included. Type of concatenation (fitted to the
smallest frame or ROI, fixed size or fitted to the largest frame) can
be defined by the user.
Automated generation of excitation lambda stacks for generating
excitation spectra which can be used for linear unmixing to
separate overlapping dyes. Any detector can be used, also
NDDs.Description as guide tour on the installation CD-ROM or
DVD.
For exporting files into different image formats in batch
processing mode. A detailed description is provided in the macro
folder as separate pdf file.
Enables or disables the use of the factory set GDD values. Resets
the GDD settings to factory values if other values have been
stored over time.
Direct service hardware access (password protected)
Modifies Z-Stacks and Time Stacks like Rotation of the stacks,
being mirrored, Conversion of time stacks into Z-Stacks and vice
versa; A more detailed description is available within the macro
folder as separate pdf file.
Aligns the actual scanner movement to the graphical line drawn in
the image to mark the spline scan.
A potential tilt of the stage leads to incorrect aligment of tiles.
This can be calibrated using a grid sample (or the calibration
objective) and the calibration function of the macro. The value is
taken over by ZEN for the Tile Scan tool.
In case the laser is trying to mode lock for some time and does
not get anywhere, the macro helps resetting the laser into mode
lock.
Projects a test Grid as graphics overlay into the open image
document (for Service only).
Imitates recovery of chameleon NLO laser in case the laser is
falling into CW lasing and does not get to mode lock anymore.
