• Apply drift correction. In the Channel alignment
• Extract drift corrected channels. In the Processing tool

Processing function select the reference time series as
input 1 and the original time series as input 2. Check
the Fit box and the Input 2 box and leave Marker
box unchecked (Fig. 510). Select lateral from the
correction mode selection drop down menu. Press
Apply. The resulting image will have a doubling in
channels. The first half represents the original data
set, the second half the drift corrected data set
(Fig. 511). The number of channels depend on the
number of channels of the original time series.
Copy choose Subset. Select image with original and
drift corrected channels. Select under Channels the
second half of channels. Press Apply to obtain the
final drift corrected image (without the original non-
corrected channels).
