6.9 3D View
Use this View tab to display image Z-Stacks in three dimensions. Display and rendering of Z-Stacks with
up to eight color channels are supported and the data can be a time lapse series (5D Image Stack).
Advanced functions are linked to a license for the ZEN Module 3D VisArt.
The LUT for the channels set in the View option tab Dimensions and interpolation settings as well as the
parameters set in the View option tab Display are applied. All other parameters from the Player and
Graphics View Option tabs are not applied.
A click on 3D will display the 3D View Controls. Any changes done within these controls are effective
immediately.
The 3D View can also be used online during scanning.
