Scan Mode

The mode of image acquisition (frame wise, line
wise, spot wise) can be selected in the Scan Mode
drop down menu. For the LSM imaging mode
you can select between Frame, Line and Spot.
The frame size of the displayed image can be
edited by the Frame Size X and Y input boxes. By

type and camera chip, which formats are available.

Format Selection

Binning of the camera pixels can be set in the
Format drop down menu (Fig. 126). In this menu
you have additionally to the standard format (1004
x 1002 standard) the options of 2x binning (500 x
500 binned 2x2) and 4x binning (248 x 248
binned 4x4). Selection of Format will update the
possible Frame Sizes.
