5.2.8 Acquisition Parameter – Acquisition

In the
parameters for the acquisition can be set
(Fig. 122).
The user interface is adapted depending on the
chosen Imaging mode in the Imaging Setup tool.
Controls include

− Objective selection

− Scan Mode, Frame Size and Line Step
selection
− Format selection
− Imaging speed selection
− Averaging and color depth selection
− High Dynamic Range
− Scan Area selection
5.2.8.1 Objective Selection
You can select an objective from the Objective
drop down menu (Fig. 123). Objectives suited for a
certain imaging mode will be highlighted, but
every objective can be selected
