Mixed Render Mode

In Mixed mode both, transparency and surface
mode, can be mixed in one volume display.
Using this mode one can render small structures
within cells such as vesicles or speckles (e.g. FISH
signals) as surfaces in one channel of a
multichannel
image
surrounding cytoplasm from another channel in
transparency mode.
This way one can also visualize more complex
relationships convincingly.
The
render
mode
Surf.+Transp.) can be chosen per channel.
