After selecting the "Filterwheel", the current filters are indicated each with a button next to it referring
to the detection channel it is effective for (Fig. 12).
• Clicking this button opens the Change Filter window with a list of favourite, potential and user
defined filters (Fig. 14).
• To define a new filter, highlight the list point "User Defined Filter".
• The Add button becomes active and upon clicking Add the Add new emission Filter window opens
(Fig. 15).
