Display Negative Values shifts the offset such that also negative values are displayed as a greylevel
above zero.
Subset Length (Frames)allows to define subsets of time series and have a value processed for each
subset. This might be helpful for the analysis of time series with a high number of frames.
• The resulting output image using these settings is shown in the Preview tool and the Preview View
tab in the image container.
• Click Apply to process the image series. For each input channel, the analysis produces three output
channels: The original intensity image, I, the Number image, N, and the Brightness image, B or, if
selected, the Number image n and the brightness image e.
• Use the Coloc View Tab to display the result as a scatter plot where either the Number or Brightness
image is plotted against the intensity image.
• The table shows the mean number or brightness value along with the mean intensity value of the total
image or a selected area. This allows for example to distinguish between regions where molecules are
present as monomers or dimers.
