Image acquisition and saving
• Acquire images of your sample as you are used
to.
• For saving (Fig. 183) the images together with
coordinates and defined regions of interest or
points of interest use the .czi file format.
• Enter the name of the image and click on Save.
It is possible to zoom the scan area using
the Acquisition Mode tool, but it is not
possible to rotate or slide the scan area.
Mounting of the correlative sample holder
into the SEM
• to use the specimen in a scanning electron
microscope, remove
(Fig. 184/2) from the mounting frame of the
microscope stage and insert it in the special
SEM adapter (Fig. 184/1).
