• For manual processing, deactivate the Auto
• In the preview window you can check again
• Use the strength slider to get a stronger or weaker
• Press the Apply button at the top of the dialog.
Processing will start and might take a few minutes.
A new image will open with the result of the manual
processing (Fig. 394). All images in a time series or
Z-Stack will be processed.
VP data processing
In case a VP mode image was selected, the manual
processing slider will function for virtual pinhole
parameter adjustment.
This allows to adjust the confocal sectioning after
acquisition by binning the respective airy rings
together.
• Press the Apply button at the top of the dialog.
