Optimal pixel number and size
Depending on the detection mode, the required
oversampling value for the pixel number and size
changes.
This is adjusted automatically by using the
Optimal button in the Acquisition Mode dialog
(Fig. 167) after choosing a detection mode.

SR mode needs twice the sampling compared to
VP and CO mode in order to realize the resolution
increase.
