• Set up scan mode in the LSM Acquisition
Mode tool (Fig. 306). Choose Line scan,
highest Scan speed, 512 pixels and Zoom 1 for
convenience.
• Set up scan control in the LSM Channels tool
(Fig. 307). Open Pinhole to maximum. Set
detector gain between 200 and 300, and laser
power to 2 %.
