Remove the 5 bolts and 5 shift solenoid valves.
12.
Install the 5 shift solenoid valves with the 5 bolts.

− VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY
REMOVE VALVE BODY
Remove the 3 bolts, cover and detent spring.
Remove the 12 bolts and valve body.
REMOVE CHECK BALL BODY AND SPRING
REMOVE 2 APPLY GASKETS
REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE
INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE
Torque:
Bolt A: 6.6 N·m (67 kgf·cm, 58 in.·lbf)
Bolt B: 11 N·m (110 kgf·cm, 8 ft·lbf)
Bolt length:
Bolt A: 14 mm (0.55 in.)
Bolt B: 55 mm (2.17 in.)
INSTALL APPLY GASKET
Coat 2 new apply gaskets with ATF.
Install the gaskets to the transaxle case.
