SFI − THROTTLE BODY (2ZZ−GE)
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL THROTTLE BODY
(a) Install a new gasket on the intake manifold with the 4
bolts.
Torque: 22 N·m (220 kgf·cm, 16 ft·lbf)
(b) Install the throttle body with the 4 nuts.
Torque: 22 N·m (220 kgf·cm, 16 ft·lbf)
2. CONNECT 2 WATER BYPASS HOSES
Connect the 2 water bypass hoses with the clips.

3. CONNECT PCV HOSE
Connect the PCV hose with the clip.
4. INSTALL THROTTLE BRACKET
Install the throttle bracket with the 2 bolts.

5. CONNECT THROTTLE BODY WIRE HARNESS
CLAMP
Connect the throttle body wire harness clamp with the bolt to the
throttle body.
Torque: 5.0 N·m (51 kgf·cm, 44 in.·lbf)

6. CONNECT THROTTLE BODY CONNECTOR
Connect the throttle body connector.
7. INSTALL AIR CLEANER HOSE AND CAP WITH MAF
METER
8. INSTALL No.2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER
9. FILL RADIATOR WITH ENGINE COOLANT
10. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
