REPLACEMENT
REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS
In the following cases, replace the front airbag sensor.
If the side airbag assembly has been deployed in a collision.

If the door side airbag sensor has been found to be faulty in troubleshooting.
S
If the door side airbag sensor has been found to be faulty during checking items (See page
S
RS−59).
If the door side airbag sensor has been dropped.

CAUTION:
For removal and installation of the door side airbag sensor, see page RS−68 and RS−71. Be sure to
follow the correct procedure.
