If continuity is as specified, inspect the switch circuit.

INSPECT RIGHT SIDE MIRROR SWITCH CONTINUITY

INSPECT MIRROR MOTOR OPERATION
Connect the battery positive (+) lead from the battery to
terminal 3 and the battery negative (−) lead to terminal 1,
and check that the mirror turns right side.
Reverse the polarity, and check that the mirror turns left
side.
