Several bus variants can be used for the installation of cables and wall sockets at the internal
S port.

Short Passive Bus in One Direction
The short passive bus with up to 12 wall sockets is suited for the connection of several end
devices at medium distances. It supports cable lengths of up to 150 m. The terminators have
to be switched on at the internal S port. See the following figure.

Short Passive Bus in Two Directions
This bus variant is suited as an alternative to the short passive bus in one direction if the PBX
is located in the center of the cables to be installed. The terminators at the internal S port have
