Switching Loop Current Detection at End of Call On/Off
If loop current detection at the end of a call is enabled, a reduction of the loop current to zero
by the PBX network provider is interpreted as the end of the call.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– External analogue port (only COMpact 3000 analogue)
– Network provider support for reducing the loop current at the end of a call
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
– Expert view (click
– Configured prefixes (country prefix and local area code)
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > External numbers.
2. In the list field at the top, select the analogue connection.
A page opens for configuring the analogue connection.
3. Open the page Analogue connection > Expert configuration.
4. Select or clear the Loop current detection check box under End of the call.
Enables loop current detection.
Disables loop current detection.

Switching DTMF Code Detection at End of Call On/Off
If DTMF code detection is enabled, transmitting the DTMF code D via the PBX network provider
is interpreted as the end of the call.
