Adding Holidays from Holiday Lists

Calendar
Holidays and other days with special uses (e.g., vacation times) are managed in the PBX
calendar. These days are taken into account by the PBX during automatic configuration
switchovers and, if desired, during Least Cost Routing (LCR) and when executing wake-up
calls.
Adding Holidays from Holiday Lists
The PBX provides previously prepared holiday lists for various the countries/federal states.
The adding can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
1. Open the page USER DATA > Calendar > Holiday lists.
2. Select the country/federal state in the State list field under Insert list of holidays.
3. Click Insert under Insert lists of holidays.
The holidays valid for the country/federal state are added for an indefinite period.
Holidays with data that changes yearly are calculated automatically by the PBX.
Note: Holidays inserted in this manner can be deleted or edited individually
as needed. Each of these changes is carried out automatically for all calendar
years.

Creating and Editing Holidays

In addition to the holidays that are available in the holiday lists for the various countries/federal
states, you can create you own holidays with customized information (e.g., company
vacations). You can also edit existing entries. The following settings can be configured for each
holiday individually:
