Exporting the Call Data List

transmitted charges and the Billing factor (Billing) can be seen in the user
view under Charges.
Hidden Call Data
All call data that has not been enabled in the call data list for display (FUNCTIONS > Call data
> Display).
Telephone Numbers in the External name Column (External Partner)
The telephone number is displayed in the information field if a name is displayed in the
External name (External Partner) column for this telephone number.
Exporting the Call Data List
The current data in the table view can be exported (gesp_dat.csv.gz) for further processing with
external programs after it has been unzipped (e.g.,,. via Total Commander -> gespr_dat.csv).
Important:
Observe the following legal notes before saving the call data.
The call data include, amongst others, the following legally especially
protected components:
- The time of a call
- The telephone numbers of the internal and external participants
- The duration of a call
Before the call data are being saved, all subscribers to the PBX must be
informed that these contents will be forwarded. They must also be informed
about who will use the data received.
It is absolutely necessary to store the data safely and in accordance with the
legal requirements.
If you want to make the call data available to your specialised dealer or to the
manufacturer for error analysis, you must make sure that the legal require-
ments are fulfilled.
The export can be carried out as follows:
