Configuring the Billing Factor

The value entered here refers to the currency entered under Currency name (e.g., for the
Currency name
EUR
Note: For Least Cost Routing (LCR), the tariff information of call-by-call-
providers is saved in the PBX. This data (prices + charge pulse interval)
replace the cost per call unit entered here for all LCR calls.
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Via the configuration manager

– Configuration manager, opened with a sufficient authority level

Configuring the Billing Factor
The billing factor indicates the value used to convert the subscriber's telephone costs.
This factor is used to multiply the charges transmitted from the network provider or the calcu-
lated charges. The telephone costs calculated in this way are used in the call data list.
