• Status: Indicates whether it is a new or already queried message. New messages are
indicated by . Messages which already have been queried are indicated by
change the status of the messages by clicking the icon (new -> queried or queried -> new).
• Date/Time: Indicates the date/time when the message was received.
• Duration: Indicates the duration of the received message.
• Caller: Indicates the external telephone number over which the message was received.
• Call destination: Shows the telephone number of the call distribution group.
• Assigned MSN: Shows the assigned MSN.
Note: Click the column headings to change the sorting criteria. Click the
column headings again to change the sort order.
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
– At least one received voice message
1. Open the page USER DATA > Messages.
2. In the list field at the top, select the voice mailbox in question according to sender's
name.
3. Click in the line of the corresponding voice message.
A dialogue for opening or saving the voice message opens.
4. Open the file or save it on the PC.
Note: Click Update to reload the page and update the data displayed.
Querying the Voice Mailbox via an Internal Telephone
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– The imported language file on the page FUNCTIONS > Voice mail/fax boxes > Language
file
– DTMF dialling support on the internal telephone
