4. Select or clear the Only en-bloc dialling check box under SIP.
Enables en-bloc dialling.
Disables en-bloc dialling. (No other action is required.)
5. In the Delay time after last digit dialled entry field under SIP, enter a value. The
following entries are possible:
3
to 15: After 3 to 15 seconds of no dialling of a digit, the PBX detects the end
of dialling.
Note:
Since the PBX does not pass on the last digit to the central office until after
the configured time has elapsed, select a time that is as short as possible.
Approximately 3 seconds is a good default value for manual entries.

Configuring the Jitter Buffer Value

The size of the jitter buffer indicates how many RTP packets can be cached in order to buffer
disruptions or to compensate for them.
Configuration can be carried out as follows:
• Separately for VoIP providers
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– External VoIP channel (COMpact 3000 VoIP or VoIP channels purchased and activated in
the Upgrade Center)
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > Voice over IP (VoIP) > VoIP provider.
2. Click
in the line of the corresponding VoIP provider.
The Provider configuration opens.
3. Open the page Provider configuration > Network.
