Creating Configurations

A maximum of eight configurations can be created.
The creation can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
– Expert view (click
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Configurations > Create configurations.
2. Enter the name of the configuration in the Configuration name entry field. The
following entries are possible:
Up to 16 digits
Digits and characters
3. In the Identification number entry field, enter the identification number for the config-
uration. The following entries are possible:
2 to 4 digits
Note:
An overview of all previously assigned ID numbers can be opened in the
configuration manager by selecting Identification numbering plan in the
list field and then clicking
The overview can be printed by clicking Print.
4. Click the Color check box and select the color you want for the configuration.
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.

Copying Configurations

Configuration settings can be taken from one configuration and used in other selected config-
urations.
