Overview of Call Forwarding for External Numbers

The configuration can be made as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– External analogue port (only COMpact 3000 analogue), external S
COMpact 3000 ISDN or COMpact ISDN module available as an option) or external VoIP
channel
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
– Use of the feature via the PBX
– Expert view (click
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > External numbers.
2. In the list field at the top, select the connection in question.
A page opens for configuring the connection in question.
3. Open one of the following pages:
• Analogue connection > Name and functions
• ISDN connection > Name and functions
• VoIP connection > Name and settings
4. In the Delay Time for CF on no reply list field, select the desired delay time.
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.
Overview of Call Forwarding for External Numbers
The overview shows all of the previously enabled call forwarding for external numbers config-
urations and their targets.
Note:
The overview can be opened in the configuration manager by selecting CF
status in the list field next to
click Close.
The overview can be printed by clicking Print.
