Switching the Authorization for External Call Transfer Externally On/Off

If the authorisation for transferring external calls externally is enabled, the subscriber in
question can transfer a call between two external subscribers.
Note: The transferred call is limited to a pre-configured time period
(FUNCTIONS > Transfer).
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
– Expert view (click
– Exchange line authorisation assigned to the subscriber for external calls (International or
National)
1. Open the page PROPERTIES > Internal subscribers > Subscriber properties >
Authorizations.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Select or clear the Transfer of external calls externally check box.
Enables the authorisation for transferring external calls in externally.
Disables the authorisation for transferring external calls in externally.
