Wake-up Functions
To be reminded of one-time or recurring appointments, every user can configure different wake-
up times for his telephone.
Switching Wake-up On/Off
The wake-up time can set for a one-time wake-up or recurring wake-up. Recurring wake-up is
carried out until you switch it off. A configured one-time wake-up time remains saved in the PBX
until you configure another one. Let's assume you enable the wake-up time "Monday to Friday
at 12.30 clock" on your telephone. If you configure this on a Sunday evening for "one-time
wake-up", you will be woken up on the next Monday at 12:30 p.m. Afterwards, the wake-up
function switches off automatically. If you configure the same wake-up time but instead as
recurring, you are also woken up Tuesday through Friday at 12:30 p.m. (every week until you
switch the wake-up function off).
A maximum of 20 wake-up times can be configured for each subscriber.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Via the configuration manager
• Using a character string on the internal telephone
Entering a Wake-up Time and Enabling a Wake-up via Configuration Manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
1. Open the page PROPERTIES > Internal subscribers > Wake-up times.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Enter the time in the first available wake-up time entry field under
following entries are possible:
Time in hh format: mm
00 to 23: Hours (hh)
00 to 59: Minutes (mm)
4. Select the desired day(s) for the wake-up call in the Day list field.
