Telephone book: Clicking this symbol enters the name and telephone number of
the communication partner in the telephone book.
Soft Call: Clicking this symbol dials the telephone number directly.
Note: A soft call can only be made by a user logged into the configuration
manager. For this, he needs short-code dialling number authority for
business calls.
Direction or Bill Type (Type of Billing)
This column shows whether these are outgoing (initiated by the PBX) or incoming (made to the
PBX) calls and the type of the call recorded.
The labels assigned on the page FUNCTIONS > Call data > Display are only used on
printouts. The following symbols are displayed in the call data list:
(grey)
Outgoing call (Bill type (Type of billing) is disabled)
(red)
Failed outgoing call (Bill type (Type of billing) is enabled)
(green)
Outgoing call (Bill type (Type of billing) is enabled)
(red)
Failed outgoing call, rerouted over an external connection (Bill type
(Type of billing) is enabled)
(green)
Outgoing call, rerouted over an external connection (Bill type (Type of
billing) is enabled)
(grey)
Incoming call (Bill type (Type of billing) is disabled)
(red)
Failed incoming call (Bill type (Type of billing) is enabled)
(green)
Incoming call (Bill type (Type of billing) is enabled)

Failed incoming call, rerouted over an external connection (Bill type
