Fax Box
Querying the Fax Box
• Date/Time: Indicates the date/time when the fax was received/sent.
• Pages: Shows the number of pages in the fax. The following icons also display whether the
fax was received or sent and if the transfer was successful.
(green) It is a sent fax. The transfer was successful.
(red) It is a sent fax. The transfer was not successful.
(green) It is a received fax. The transfer was successful.
(red) It is a received fax. The transfer was not successful.
• Caller: Shows the external telephone number over which the message was received or to
which the fax was sent.
• Call destination: Shows the telephone number of the call distribution group.
• Assigned MSN: Shows the assigned MSN.
Note: Click the column headings to change the sorting criteria. Click the
column headings again to change the sort order.
The query can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
– At least one received/sent fax
1. Open the page USER DATA > Messages.
2. In the list field at the top, select the fax box in question according to sender's name.
3. Click in the line of the corresponding fax.
A dialogue for opening or saving the fax opens.
4. Open the file or save it on the PC.
Note:
Click in the line of the corresponding message to send the message by e-
mail.
If a fax has not been received/sent successfully,
sponding line. Placing the cursor over the symbol displays a window
containing information on the failure of the fax transmission.
