PBX Data

The COMpact 3000 is available as a German or an international model. Which model you have
can be seen in the configuration manager. There, you can also enter a name and a description
for the PBX.

Configuring the Country

By selecting the country, the PBX is automatically configured with the default settings which are
necessary in the selected country (e.g., settings for analogue ports, emergency numbers).
Note: The current setting is displayed on the page SERVICE > Info > PBX
data under Country.
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– International model of COMpact 3000
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > Server configuration > Access and PBX data.
Note: The country is also configured when the PBX is activated during the
initial configuration.
2. In the Country list field under PBX, select the country you want.
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.

Entering PBX Name and Description

You can enter the PBX name and PBX description for your own information.
