Analogue Connection

Configuring the Type of CLIP Information

– Configured prefixes (country prefix and local area code)
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > External numbers.
2. In the list field at the top, select the analogue connection.
A page opens for configuring the analogue connection.
3. Open the page Analogue connection > Expert configuration.
4. Select or clear the Polarity reversal of the line check box under End of the call.
Enables line polarity reversal detection.
Disables line polarity reversal detection.

– Save your settings before you leave the page.
Configuring the Type of CLIP Information
The CLIP information type indicates whether and how the analogue network provider sends the
CLIP information.
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– External analogue port (only COMpact 3000 analogue)
– CLIP service attribute enabled with the network provider (telephone number display)
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
– Expert view (click
