Configuration Manager
Opening the Configuration Manager
The configuration manager opens.

– Configure the desired settings in sequence (page for page).
Opening the Configuration Manager as a Sub-administrator
Requirements:
– A PC meeting the minimum requirements (see chapter Important Information > Minimum
Requirements PC)
– An existing Ethernet connection between the PC and the PBX or both the PC and the PBX
on the same network
– Knowledge of the IP address on the PBX
– A configured sub-admin password
Note: If the UPnP service is installed and enabled on the PC being used, the
PBX is identified and selected as the "Auerswald PBX" device in the network
environment. The configuration manager is then opened in the browser.
Steps 1 and 2 are omitted. Proceed with Step 3.
1. Start a browser (for example, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome).
2. Enter the IP address of the PBX in the address field of the browser (for example,
http://192.168.178.4).
3. Enter the user name
4. Click Log-in.
The configuration manager opens.
Note: If the sub-administrator enters his own internal telephone number as
his user name, this log-in is recognized as a user log-in and the Web interface
is displayed for the user.
