Saving the Wake-up Announcement on the PC via the Configuration Manager
The wake-up announcements saved in the PBX ("good_morning.wav," "good_day.wav,"
"good_evening.wav") can be saved onto the PC as a backup copy.
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Wake-up functions > File and volume.
2. In the File list field, select one of the following options:
Wake-up announcement 1: Saves wake-up announcement 1 on the PC.
Wake-up announcement 2: Saves wake-up announcement 2 on the PC.
Wake-up announcement 3: Saves wake-up announcement 3 on the PC.
3. Click Read under Read from PBX.
A file location dialogue opens.
4. Select the desired location and click Save (this text is dependent on the operating
system used).
Setting the Volume of Wake-up Announcement via the Configuration Manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Wake-up functions > File and volume.
2. In the File list field, select one of the following options:
Wake-up announcement 1: Selects wake-up announcement 1.
Wake-up announcement 2: Selects wake-up announcement 2.
Wake-up announcement 3: Selects wake-up announcement 3.
3. Slide the Volume slider under Settings or enter a value in the entry field next to the
slider. The following entries are possible:
