• Activated: If the holiday in question is enabled for use in PBX functions, it is taken into
account by the PBX during automatic configuration switchovers and, if desired, during
Least Cost Routing (LCR) and when wake-up calls are made.
• One-time: If the "One-time" property is enabled, the holiday is only used in the year for
which it was entered. If the "One-time" property is disabled, the holiday date is automatically
used the next year with the same date. The property "One-time" is always disabled for
holidays that are added via the holiday lists. Holidays with dates that change yearly on the
holiday lists are automatically calculated by the PBX.
• Valid for LCR: If the holiday in question is enabled for use with Least Cost Routing, the dial
attempt setting entered for holidays is used during outgoing calls. If the holiday in question
is disabled for use with Least Cost Routing, the dial attempt setting entered for the weekday
in question is used during outgoing calls.
Creating and editing the entry can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
1. Open the page USER DATA > Calender > Holidays.
2. In the Date entry field, enter the date (8 digits in DD.MM.YYYY format) or click
select the date.
3. Enter a name for the holiday in the Name entry field.
4. Select or clear the Activated check box.
Enables the holiday in question for use in PBX functions.
Disables the holiday in question for use in PBX functions.
5. Select or clear the One-time check box.
Enables the property "One-time" for the holiday in question.
Disables the property "One-time" for the holiday in question.
6. Select or clear the Valid for LCR check box.
Enables the holiday in question for use in Least Cost Routing.
Disables the holiday in question for use in Least Cost Routing.
7. Click to add a new entry.
