Connecting the PC

Note: If the "Power" LED remains continuously lit in red, an error has
occurred. Please contact your dealer or the manufacturer directly.
Further steps:
– Connect end devices with a separate power supply to the 230 V mains.
Connecting the PC
Requirements:
– For direct connection to the Ethernet port: Short distance between the devices
– A patch cable
1. Insert one end of the patch cable into the network socket on the PC.
2. Insert the other end of the patch cable into the RJ-45 socket on the PBX.
COMpact 3000 analogue und ISDN: The following figure shows the position of the
RJ-45 socket at the side of the casing, as well as the set up connection to the PC.
