4. Print the call data list via the printing function of your browser.
Note: In case of wide call data tables it is necessary to configure the printout
correspondingly (e.g. for Mozilla Firefox you open Print... under the File
menu. Click Properties... in the Printer section and select the option
Landscape in the field Orientation on the register card Format & Options
under Page Setup...).
Exporting the Call Data List
The current data in the table view can be exported (gesp_dat.csv.gz) for further processing with
external programs after it has been unzipped (gespr_dat.csv).
Important:
Note the following legal notes before saving the call data.
The call data include, amongst others, the following legally especially
protected components:
- The time of a call
- The phone numbers of the internal and external participants
- The duration of a call
Before the call data are being saved, all subscribers to the PBX must be
informed that these contents will be forwarded. They must also be informed
about who will use the data received.
It is absolutely necessary to store the data safely and in accordance with the
legal requirements.
If you want to make the call data available to your specialised dealer or to the
manufacturer for error analysis, you must make sure that the legal require-
ments are fulfilled.
