Rotation number setting when the maximum voltage (10V) is input to the analog Position command. If
the setting on the panel is 3.0 and the external voltage input is +10V, then the Position command is +3
cycles. If the input is +5V, then the Position command is +1.5 cycles. If the input is -10V, then the
Position command is -3 cycles.
