Y: sets the servo drive as the master or slave of Modbus.
0: slave of Modbus
1: master of Modbus
Z: during Modbus communication, when the function code is 03H or 10H (read or write multiple
words), the system gives priority to read or write high-byte data. Use this function for controllers
with different priority for transmitting high byte and low byte of the packets.
0: transmit low byte first
1: transmit high byte first

signal: Bit 0 - Bit 12 correspond to DI1 - DI13.
The setting for each bit is as follows:
