Encoder / Linear Scale Setting (sine wave type)

PM.004 Main encoder resolution: input the corresponding distance for the motor single-phase
sine wave (unit: 0.001 µm/period).
PM.005 Position signal converter box interpolation magnification: it is suggested that you
set it to the default value of 11. After the interpolation, the resolution is PM.004x0.001 / 2 N , and
N = PM.005.
PM.045 Linear motor pole pitch: you can find this value in the linear motor catalog. If the set
value is incorrect, AL051 is triggered.
When the settings are complete, click Write and then click Next.
